The performance of repairs or the replacement of the part are the exclusive remedies under this warranty or any implied warranty. This is the only warranty authorized by Toyota. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
